One characteristic of a good CRM system is that it's easy to get to the information you need. Fast.
In ChannelCRM we ensure this in several ways:
| • | Throughout the system double-click takes you to the information behind the view. |
| • | A history list which "remembers" where you have been recently. |
| • | Most searches, reports and lists can be found in a "My" version: "My accounts", "My forecast", etc. |
| • | You can leave the most commonly used lists, calendars, events, ... open so that they are readily available. |
| • | Drill-down from graphs.. Click on a bar and see the data behind. Click on the data and see what actions led to them. |
