Når der enkeltflettes til Word eller Excel sker det ved at vælge et forlæg, hvori en eller flere dele af teksten er flettekoder, der passer til ChannelCRM. Som hovedregel er flettekoderne på formen <<TabelNavn.FeltNavn>>, hvor TabelNavn er navnet på den tabel i database hvor data stammer fra og FeltNavn er det præcise felt i denne tabel, som indeholder den ønskede information.
